1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the SAR Infotech website (sarinfotechindia.com), enrolling in any training program, or submitting a corporate training proposal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

SAR Infotech is an authorized Oracle Workforce Training Partner providing professional training services in the following domains:

• Oracle Database Administration & Architecture
• Real Application Clusters (RAC) & High Availability
• Oracle GoldenGate Data Replication
• SQL Performance Tuning & Optimization
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Oracle APEX Application Development

Training is delivered through instructor-led sessions, hands-on labs, and customized corporate programs tailored to organizational requirements.

3. Enrollment & Registration

• All training enrollments are subject to availability and confirmation by SAR Infotech.
• Corporate training engagements require a signed proposal or letter of intent before scheduling.
• Participants must provide accurate personal and organizational information during registration.
• SAR Infotech reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its discretion.

4. Payment Terms

• Course fees are communicated at the time of enrollment or in the corporate training proposal.
• Payment must be completed before the commencement of training unless a corporate credit arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged as per government regulations.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 7 days before training: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 3–7 days before training: 50% refund of the course fee.
• Less than 3 days before training: No refund; participants may reschedule to the next available batch at no extra cost.
• SAR Infotech reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a training session due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, lab environments, presentations, and documentation provided by SAR Infotech are proprietary and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Participants may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share training materials without written consent.
• Record training sessions (audio or video) without prior authorization.
• Use course materials for commercial purposes or to conduct competing training programs.

Oracle, RAC, GoldenGate, APEX, and OCI are registered trademarks of Oracle Corporation and/or its affiliates.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful learning environment. The following are prohibited during training sessions:

• Disruptive or unprofessional behavior.
• Unauthorized access to training lab environments or systems.
• Sharing access credentials with non-enrolled individuals.

SAR Infotech reserves the right to remove participants who violate the code of conduct without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

SAR Infotech provides training services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or certification results. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific training service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ambala, Haryana, India.
